The Herbein Talent Solutions Assessment helps us evaluate a candidate's personality fit for the job and the company culture. This assessment can be a valuable tool for aligning candidates with roles that match their personality and work preferences by providing insights into their character traits, behavior, and work style.

Panel Interview

After your Watterson Assessment, our team will discuss if we would like to move forward to the next step. If we believe you to be a potential fit for the company and the role, we will schedule a day for you to come into our office for a panel interview.

Interview with the President & CEO

After your panel interview, our team will discuss if we would like to move forward to the next step. If we believe you to be a potential fit for the company and the role, we will schedule a day for you to come in office for an interview with our President and CEO, Tony De Luca.
