What does the interview process look like?

The interview process varies depending on the position. Our typical recruitment process can include a phone interview, video interview, online assessment, panel, and executive interview. 

When can I expect to hear from you?

Once we receive your application, you will hear from us within two weeks. 

What is the online assessment?

Prior to an in-person interview, we will send you an aptitude and personality test. This test is a part of our standard recruitment procedure. We tailor some of our interview questions based on the results of the assessment. Remember that the tests are only a part of the overall evaluation process. We do not make our decision purely based on the results of the tests, but rather on the overall impression we have of you.

I got the job! Anything I need to know?

Congratulations! Prior to starting at SNC, we will send you a schedule for your first day. Your first day will include a tour of the office, IT onboarding, benefits overview with HR, learning about the history and mission of the company, and much more!
